I contacted Service Management on February 4, 1996, when the pipes in my basement broke, flooding two rooms, soaking the carpet, two walls and the ceiling. Greg arrived exactly when he said he would, and proceeded to explain to me in detail exactly what needed to be done.
From then on, he took care of the carpet, contacted the contractor who did the drywall, and dealt directly with my insurance company, all of which saved me a great deal of time and stress.
Greg was at all times courteous and professional, answering all my questions in detail and with patience. The work done was excellent, and done in a timely manner. My phone calls were always promptly returned, and he always arrived exactly at the agreed upon time.
Through out the duration of the work, the area was kept clean, and no further damage was done when furniture was moved and equipment brought in.
